The Comprehensive Guide to Blind Copying in Outlook: Step-by-Step Instructions

Blind carbon copy (BCC) allows you to send an email to multiple recipients while keeping the email addresses of some recipients hidden from the others. This can be useful for sending emails to a large group of people without revealing everyone’s email addresses, or for sending sensitive information to a select group of people without the other recipients knowing.

To blind copy someone in Outlook, simply enter their email address in the BCC field when composing a new email. The BCC field is located below the To and Cc fields. Once you have entered the email addresses of all the recipients, click the Send button.
