4. Move the mouse to where you want to create the next anchor point and click again.
5. Continue clicking to create additional anchor points until you have outlined the desired area.
6. Once you have created all of the anchor points, click on the first anchor point to close the path.
7. Right-click on the path and select “Stroke path.”
8. In the “Stroke path” dialog box, select the desired stroke color, width, and opacity.
9. Click “OK” to apply the stroke.
