Playing the G sharp note on the alto saxophone requires a specific fingering technique. To achieve this note, the player must press down the following keys:

• Left-hand little finger: Low B key
• Left-hand ring finger: Side B key
• Left-hand middle finger: Side C key
• Left-hand index finger: Front F key
• Right-hand thumb: Octave key
